Class 2 Licence Holders
(Real Estate Agent)
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is an annual training requirement for all Certificate and Licence holders in the Real Estate industry (NSW).
NSW Fair Trading requires you to complete your CPD before the deadline of 22nd March 2024. Hurry don’t delay.

2023 - 2024 CPD Obligations:
Real Estate Agent / Class 2 Holders CPD obligations:
- NSW Fair Trading have changed the CPD guidelines for this year providing flexibilty in how you complete your obligation.
- Licensed agents must complete a minimum of 4 hours of Interactive CPD training on compulsory topics relevant to the category of licence.
- If you cannot complete your compulsory CPD in a face-to-face or online interactive environment over the 4 hours you must complete online modules over a 10 hour period.
- We offer you an option of either attending a 4 hour live interactive webinar or watch our 10 hour online video modules.
- Our CPD courses suitable for for Class 1 & Class 2 for Residential Real estate salespeople, Residential Property Managers & Commercial.
- If you have additional licence categories e.g, (stock and station, strata). You have additional CPD obligations click here to learn more.
- CPD must be completed annually between the 23rd March - 22nd March.
- This years CPD deadline is 22nd March 2024.
