Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is an annual training requirement for all Certificate and Licence holders in the Real Estate industry (NSW).
NSW Fair Trading requires you to complete your CPD before the deadline of 22nd March 2023, Hurry don’t delay.

- The CPD is an annual NSW Government obligation for Real Estate Agents.
- The date of when CPD is due has now changed for everyone above. CPD is no longer a renewal based activity, now becoming a calendar based event.
- Everyone's CPD must be completed annually between 23rd March and 22nd March annually.
- Your CPD is due by the 22nd March 2023.
- As a Licensee / Class 1 Agent - You must complete 9 Hours annually which is 3 Hours Compulsory Topics + 3 Hours Elective Training & 3 Hours Licensee (Business related) training.
